Juber came to us managing one of Sydney's busiest scooter and car rental operations entirely on paper. Rego renewal dates were tracked in a filing cabinet. Staff check-ins happened over the phone. Customers were chased for overdue payments manually, one by one on WhatsApp. Vehicle service history didn't exist — meaning the same mechanical faults kept coming back and costing more each time.

This Sydney cabinet manufacturer was running a complex multi-builder operation almost entirely on manual processes. Quotes took hours to produce. Stock levels weren't tracked — so the wrong materials kept getting ordered, causing expensive rework. Design changes discussed in the office never made it to the factory floor reliably. And with no visibility into which builder was on which stage of which job, nobody knew what was actually on-time until it was late.

We built a full production suite that covers the entire workflow from first quote to final delivery — quoting with automatic BOM sheets, live stock management, designer workload tracking, and a builder-by-builder progress board with locking stage checklists that prevent any job moving forward until every step is signed off.
